Hi Guys,

I have the new Q10 and I love it. But there are a few glitches. The most annoying one is that the phone loosing connection to the network. I could be having a conversation with someone and then my phone drops. I check the screen and I get the message that the network is not connected.

It's not a location thing because it happens sporadically wherever I am. I started noticing when my emaiols stopped coming in. Anyone have a solution for this or should I simply return the phone?

I see you are on Bell. If your last phone wasn't a Blackberry, make sure you have a BlackBerry Plan on your account. If your last phone was not a BlackBerry and you are using your old SIM, get a new micro SIM from Bell and see if that helps. Avoid using SIM adapters if you have a nano SIM, as they can bend or break the pins of the phone's SIM reader.
