Hi someone's q10 kept rebooting. I slipped a piece of cardboard to tighten the battery -ie to prevent the battery being loose - was that the right thing to do? Or should I have done something else? Thanks

As you've already read in the forum, it's the way to go

Prefer plastic to paper though, so there is no need to change it later. And place it preferably at the bottom of the battery (opposed to the connector), so not under or above.

In time if you have more battery related issue, use a pen eraser on both connectors.
