    Look at the Hub intergration after updating the newest official OS 10.2.1.537-img_20140129_010159.png

    It shows two WA's. One is complete empty and the other I have received messages.

    Is there a solution to fix this?

    Q10 - SQN-100-3 BlackBerry 10 device.

    OS : 10. 2.1.537.

    I've seen people post that deleting and reinstalling whatsapp fixes this, but I don't have it so I can't comment. Check the boards for the z10 and z30.

    I have solved it. What I did was go into Hub, bottom right 3 dots, settings, hub management, find the second whatsapp that isn't the real one, and set it as "show in hub only".

    It's fixed and disappears from the Hub.

    uninstall WA and reinstall it along with Hub Management - worked for me!!!
