Hi guys, just bought my new Blackberry q10 and noticed 2 little scratches , i think nobody is going to change me my phone , but is it ok for blackberry? I started thinking that it's refurbished , but it cant be so .... i think ..
also in the left bottom i have some kind of a backlash, is it also ok or only i have it ?

Looks very minor. Did you buy it new from a shop or carrier store? If so, and you're not happy with it, just exchange or get a refund. It's nothing to them to swap it out.

i bought it from online shop , it was absolutely new , with 2 security seals and unopened , i dont want to disturb anyone for this little trouble , just asked if anyone had this trouble from the box. i think its trifle. How can i know it its refurbished? And also some scratches inside .
