    I have the leather holster with the magnet for my q10 for some reason when I slide it in it goes to sleep for a second then it unlocks right away. It's draining my battery is there a setting I have to do?

    Try getting a magnet and finding the magnetic sensor on the back of your phone with it. If it works with the magnet then you have a defective case. Is it official BlackBerry?
