I just updated my fitbit app via Amazon app store and it no longer syncs with my fitbit charge. I probably should have figured it was going to happen since when I downloaded it via Snap it wouldn't sync. I'm on 10.3.0 I don't know if the same thing happens on 10.3.1 but I believe they have the same Android runtime so it might have the same effect. Just a heads up hopefully I can find the previous version apk somewhere.
I never update the fitbit app as stated in the Amazon app store. Let me see if I can link the old apk for you. It's what I use....

Only reason I had updated was because I seen the fitbit logo on the list of supported apps during The Classic launch at the time fitbit from amazon did work. Wonder if they are in talks with fitbit to get support.

Just got the Fitbit charge and downloaded the latest app version from Snap. Sync was broken until I installed the version you provided.

I use a Q10, with android app of course.
I never had the option to sync my flex with my mobile app.
I found this subject and tried to download the old version of the app in order to be able to sync.
I was able to install it on my phone but I still don't have any sync option anywhere on the app....
Could you please help me ?

It syncs automatically for me, I have the charge though, so I can't really speak for the flex. Can't imagine it being any different though.

I assume you're on the last official 10.2.1 release ? You will have to wait for the 10.3.1 release in some weeks to be able to sync your device. The current Android runtime (4.2.2) doesn't allow Bluetooth LE for now.

Got my charge HR today. None of the apks allow sync to work.

Again, you will have to wait for the 10.3.1 release for your device. With it, you will have the updated Android runtime (4.3) which can use Bluetooth LE.
Question...
My friend has the flex with same 10.3.1 OS and his syncs fine with BT. The only difference between him and I is: Passport/Charge HR and Z30/Flex.

My buddy figured out a trick. It's annoying but works.
When it asks for permissions say no. It pops up 3 times then connects.
