    I've installed Kindle (1.11.4216.1531, just updated) on my Q10 (10.2.1.2122/2174 Verizon), and it works well, with one problem: Kindle defaults to "Droid Serif", and this font is not installed on the Q10.

    Many ebooks have a font embedded by the publisher, and if I pick that font I can read them. But some books do not, and these are unreadable on Kindle on the Q10.

    Any thoughts on how to resolve this?

    Are these the default fonts? I read on my Q10 but have not run into any issues.

    OK, answered my own question. Continued torturing the Q10 and finally uninstalled and reinstalled Kindle from Amazon's App Store. The books in question now seem to be able to access Droid Serif, so I guess it got installed.
