    After 3 months, there is something wrong with my "e" key. I don't even need to press it to have it type. Just touching it will type it. But when I press either the "r" or "w" keys, it will also type the "e" which is a problem. Typing this post was even a problem. Looks like I might need a replacement already

    You should backup your device, wipe it, then reload the OS, and restore your data. Sometimes weird keyboard stuff like that could be software related, if not, do a warranty exchange and your carrier will send you a new one, and you send your old one back.

    Nope it's a hardware issue. I searched the archives and someone else had an issue with the "e" key.

    hi, have the same problem after one month, with "a" key, and therefore "s" and "q"....have you solved it ? or sent back the phone ? is it harwdare issue ?

    Same issue here with the "e" key as well as the "w".
    Returned to verizon for a replacement.
