My keyboard lights aren't coming on my q10 even when I'm outside at night.

Just noticed it now what can I do?

same thing just happend to my Q10. If i do a battery pull, it works for about 10minutes, then the backlight will not come on any more, i know it is light sensitive, but i tested it in the dark, no backlight on the keyboard

I feel that this is a really really bad f**k up from BlackBerry. I can't play on any games using the accelerometers, and I can't really use my phone properly at night time?! It's alright if you have a full touch screen device like the Z's, but we've stuck with BlackBerry BECAUSE of the keyboard, but then it isn't working?

I really do love this phone but everyday I am kind of wishing that I just stuck with my guts and got an iPhone.

I don't know why I even bothered pointing out games, I literally have one I play about once every two weeks haha. But still, I think this is really bad and also really weird.

A phone not having functionality at night?! It's like BlackBerry like messing people around with there devices.

The kb illumination has just stopped working on my Q10SQN100-3/10.2.0.1791 - I feel this is somehow linked to the latest version of BBM that was pushed out. Looks like BlackBerry have messed up big time.
