    I updated my Q10 to Q10SQN100-5/10.3.2.680 this morning and my memory card. I was on OS10.2. Please advise. Thanks.

    What would you like to be advised about? If your memory card is not showing up, you may have to format it under the new OS. First, copy the contents of your memory card to a PC. Then format your card. Reboot your q10. After the card has been detected, you can transfer the contents back to your memory card using your PC.

    A few things to consider.......

    Is card encrypted? Did you update with card installed?
    If you connect device to PC is card visible in directory?
    Have you removed card, rebooted device, reinserted card?
    Have you gone to device settings and checked to see if USB mass storage is enabled?

    Have you removed card, rebooted device, reinserted card? removed card earlier and rebooted, data is on the card but I guess the phone isn't doing the scan.
    Have you gone to device settings and checked to see if USB mass storage is enabled?
