    I can tell you right now, if I didn't know about how to upgrade OS using a leak one, I would hate my Q10, why ? because Rogers Canada OS on the Q10 is just crappy (I don't remember the version on top of my head), full of issue, I didn't like it, until I took the 10.2.0 leak.

    So that mean, any customer from Rogers right now, must hate their phone because there is too many issue with it. I wouldn't give this to my family without updating the os to a good leak (like 1791). Why are we still tied with ISP for the update?
