I just picked up my new unlocked Q10 at FedEx that I purchased from ShopBlackBerry last week. Fired it up and connected to my WiFi and bingo...OS 10.2.1.537 is downloading now!!! Screw AT&T!!!! All is right in my world now...Z10 with OS 10.2 and now my Q10...Yay!!!!

Yep...agreed. I also purchased my unlocked Z10 from ShopBlackBerry last year. I am much happier giving my money to BlackBerry for my devices than AT&T that's for damn sure!!!

My Q10 arrived 1 day early (only took 9 days instead of 11) from shopblackberry. I updated the software and it says software release 10.2.1.2102/OS version 10.2.1.2141. I'm on AT&T also. Why was your update 10.2.1.537?

Hey Eric,

That's what it said when it prompted me for the update. After it completed I have the same software and OS you received as well. Dunno...Glad you got your new Q10 early from ShopBlackBerry and the fiasco that took place with the Z10's last year didn't happen with the Q10's...that was a freakin mess.
