    I got my q10 for a week and im constantly getting disconnected. is there anything I could do so it stays on. ive never had this problem before with any phone. thank u

    That happened to me a few times when I switched from Z10 to Q10. I Just kept logging back on and it's hasn't happened in a long time. Its a pain in the *** that's forsure.

    It mostly happened to me on a weak wifi connection situation or switching between wifi and 3G. But after about 5 times it stopped. I hear also in 10.2 the issue will be resolved.
