    I've been waiting for this update forever! It finally came today so I went looking for this "Snap" app so I could download a couple Android apps I've been missing, and the only "Snap" apps I see in BlackBerry World are camera's. What am I missing?

    SNAP is a file you need to sideload to your phone. You cannot download it over the air like in BBW.

    You have to sideload it. If you don't want to sideload, go to Amazon and download there app.
