    Hi wondering has any one lost battery time after updated the device to 10.2.1? And one annoying thing,
    When start up the device,it takes like 5-6 mins to power up.

    if you have sim encryption, disable it and try a reboot

    My battery life may have suffered a little but I attribute that to using my phone more now with snap and the android apps! Harder to put the Q10 down now!

    My Q10 seems to have lost 10% more come evening time. I usually have around 50% at 9PM, now it's around 40.
