You can do it one of two ways: by autoloader which will wipe everything and then you can restore a backup; or by a non-destructive load with Sachesi. It doesn't wipe any of your data, it overlays the new stuff on top.

Your choice. Directions for both in my signature.

Will the Q10 slows down or hang if the 10.3 leak is installed??

The leaks are not guaranteed to be trouble-free. Each leak thread contains comments by those who have installed it -- you should review those comments before proceeding. Bear in mind that 10.3.1 is expected to begin rollout next month. You may be better off waiting for the official release.

I'm running the official Rogers leak from a couple months ago on my Q10 and I have no issues. Works great for me.

Or you just wait a couple of weeks, the official 10.3.1 roll-out is targeted for a release in February.
