    I was able to download and install OS 10.2 myself after waiting on AT&T to do it. I know that Blackberry customers are not a priority for them but why would they do something as easy as release the updates as they are made available to them. It was an easy download and install after reading how to do it, but I feel that, that is part of why I pay my bill to At&T, we should not have to do their jobs for them. I hope to see AT&T release they updates much faster.
