Imported contacts from Q10 to Q20 but headshots/photos did not transfer. How do I get photos?

Photos also do not appear in Blend.

There are no photos assoc'd with any of the contacts - whether from LinkedIn or wherever. Used to be on my Q10. I just got the Classic (not Q20), and contacts transferred but without any headshots.
