OK, so weird things keep happening with my BB Q10 since I bought it. Got it from a Rogers store in Montreal (December) and only decided to unlock it when I came to Europe in January.

Been trying to unlock it with freemyblackberry.com but I've posted elsewhere, the code comes across as good, but the phone doesn't unlock and the count keeps going down. I got my IMEI from the box my BB came in. freemyblackberry.com says that they will continue to help me, but I need to show them a video of me getting my IMEI and showing them me trying to unlock the phone.

OK, no problem, I started to try and get my IMEI, but nothing happens. *#06#, nothing comes up. Go to help, do ALT + RightShift + H = nada as well. From the help screen, ALT + EACE = nada as well.

So I'm at a loss at the moment, do not see how my IMEI is not showing up. Any ideas?

FYI - I've tried unlocking and finding IMEI with Rogers SIM and with Vodafone SIM.
