I wish I had a friend in Brooklyn who own a BlackBerry 10 device and could help me hook my phone up to the latest and greatest leak. Waiting for sprint to send out the official update I might as well move to Canada!

Why can't you just load up a leak yourself? All the info is available in our BB10 Leak OS forum?
Leaks are easy, read the first post of any leak thread and follow the step-by-step instructions.

I understand where you are at. I've loaded 6 phones with the leak for coworkers, wife and a friend because they were scared to do it themselves. I can also say they absolutely love there phone now.

Look, I understand you are frustrated, but this is a large forum with people who are willing to help, but I assure you, coming off with the attitude will get you surrounded really quickly. The outcome won't be pretty. So, step away, take a breath, and see if you can't approach things a bit differently. You might get a better result.
Took me years before even tempting to load a leaked OS. Since BB10 has come to light and I got tired of reading about all the new features yet my carriers to this day still hasn't pushed any 10.2.1 update. Off I went searching the forums and 1st installed a leak on my spare Z10 and everything worked like a charm. I was then excited and a couple days later searched again for my Z30, found what I needed and installed with no problem. When I got to my Q10 there was some issue at 1st but I simply started out from scratch and also installed with no problem. These forums can be very helpful but always proceed with caution, I can truly understand getting confused with the process. There is so much information out there and I agree with an earlier post as I did with my Q10 I had to sit down take a breather and start over again.
