i bought a new BB Q10 and did the initial set-up. i was prompted to download the newest BB 10 OS so i did but set to reset later to go through the mobile. before that on the initial set-up i was asked to enter my Blackberry ID but later on i want to change the ID so i did a complete wipe of my bb q10, I dont know if im with the previous OS or with the new one after the reset and now im stuck in connecting to a wifi network. I cant complete my set-up., my screen says ADD and WPS., I dont know what to do? please help me.

First of all, you don't need to wipe your device just to change your ID.

Which OS version do you got there? What about installing a new version or reinstall the same (autoloader only)?

Try to enter your wifi parameters manually or to remove encryption and open your wifi, at least until you activate your phone. That might help.

Wps means using the button on your router to connect it if your has the option. I don't have bb10 but doesn't add show available networks and you can choose one and then type the key?

I got my one month previous used Q10 and got it all set up and when sprint got it activated the only issue was in needed to change my BBID cause it was a sprint.blackberry.net email and BB is not going to support email. Once I did this Perfection and it runs perfect on 10.1. I'm going to wait to load 10.2 I hope comes this month.
