I used to have that. Download a newer OS and install it. I haven't had a problem since. The leaked OS forum has fairly new 10.2 OSs.

This one dates back to 2009 and span 3500+ messages, considering the maximum length of an SMS message is 160 characters.

The point is, stop making excuses for why something shouldn't on a Blackberry when everyone else has it WORKING.

I had this problem as well and it set me off. Infact I had a ton of issue with my Q10 and it pisses me of. I miss my torch. I couldn't see my self with any phone besides a BB and these bugs need to be fixxed. I found after the update that if I responded on the quick response bar at the top that when I went to go reply to the sms thread it would freeze. In addition I had several other problems. In the end I claimed phone malfunction and had it swapped with the warranty. There was no reason for my working device to have problems with sms.
Also why is the voice recognition trash?

I would also like to point out the email clients shrink emails by default. So you never see all of the email if it is miles long.

Sadly, I don't... but I'm going to replace the screen myself. I'm also going to get a new keyboard and a silver bezel since I'm taking it apart.

Swipe 5 times fast on the top right on the screen down diagonally and it will reset the hub when you have the hub open or text messages or any other application you have linked to the hub.

It happens in my Z10 also, not only in sms but also in bbm it's really annoying when you need to reply asap. I hope they fix this crap coz its been quite a loooooong time.
