    Its a bug in the OS...You can try restarting your device a couple of times - If that does not work here is a temporary fix:

    If that does not work go to your hub > settings > Hub management > tap on we chat > Select show in Hub only

    Download wechat again, then from BBW, hit the overflow button and choose uninstall. This usually fixes it for me.
