I regret leaving my Q10...
I recently replaced my 5 years old Q10, by... a nokia 7.
I regret it... bitterly (does that sound english?)
I didn't want to get a key2, because my company pays me 300€ for a new phone. And still, I found that 300€ from my pocket is way too much for a device that last very hardly more than 3-4 years. This is why I fall back to a 315€ droid phone.
By itself, the device is well constructed, autonomy is good, etc...
But the O/S? What a regression from BB10.
Of course, I get a bunch of apps that were not available on BB10, or too badly with the droid layer.
The feeling to be constantly watched by google. The overall ergonomy which sounds like this is an entertainment machine more than a professionnal communication one. Lots of details... in short, miss BB10.
And of course the keyboard. How many folks told me that I'll get used to virtual keyboard (so called tactile keyboard, while it exactly make the tactile sense perfectly blind). It barely is comparable in speed thanks to error correction. But precisely, correction is a nightmare when you want to type something that is not in the dictionary. At the end, it's at least twice the effort to type. At least...
Well, staying on BB10 was not a long term option. But I hate this droid keyboard-less stuff. And don't tell me about iOS.
