I bought an unblocked BB Q10 in the US 2 months ago and it came with os 10.1.0.2030. Now I am living in the UK and as a provider I have O2. I am still waiting for the 10.2.1 update but nothing happened yet. I phoned O2 already and they told me that the roll out have been done in the uk 10 days ago. I think that the rom I have is from AT&T but the released the update 1 week ago and I still don't have any notifications. Somebody knows who should response for this issue? Should be blackberry, O2 or AT&T?

I tried to tweet O2 and blackberry without geting any help...

If you don't want to wait, you can load the update yourself.
Here is a link to the files you will need for 1925...which is the official one that is being pushed.

I already tried with the setting menu, BB link. Always says that there is no new version available. If i try to do the update myself using the leak version I might loose the warranty....
