10.3 hasn't released yet for the q10 or any of the older devices, everyone has installed leaks.
We are getting 10.3.1 hopefully in February.
Use Sachesi. So easy to use and works flawlessly.

End of February...hehehe use sachesi, but leaks didnt work for me, its slow and sluggish so I downgrade back to 10.2.1.3062
Nobody has exact dates and I seriously doubt February will be it either considering how slack the US carriers are in pushing updates.
We aren't all from the US I'm afraid.

I'm also English, so, yeah
Dude trust me leaks are not for everyone every time I tried one it cost me dearly. Mind u I put the leaks via all the right channels. Still each is own for if u wanna screw ur phone get a leak.
