Wow...seriously???? It's supposed to have great battery life. I want to get one just because of it.

Have you got a battery app? Can you see when it is that you drop the most? Remember that very very often it's signal availability that greatly impacts battery life. Also, of course, apps and settings.

Are you on an early OS?

And for me the battery sucked for the first 3 or 4 days then now it's amazing and remember to turn off BlackBerry link over mobile data I had that on and it sucked my battery down like crazy

Probably get a new battery cause mine lasts days. To why your battery depletes that fast is hard to guess with not much info. On the other hand after seeing your picture, i fully understand now why your Q10 dies so much on you.

Bring it back to the place where you bought the Q10 and let them have a look at it - it has to be a faulty battery. I'm pretty sure a lady like you won't have any problems with any assistance

Could be many things - running leaked os, wifi / nfc / bluetooth/ mobile hotspot,etc - also if bad location, trying to connect to networks, constant use of internet / games / battery hogging app -- - I use mine constantly through day and rarely need to charge (also purchased the BlackBerry battery pack in case of emergency)

i meekzz, maybe it would be a good start to install official os first in stead of a leaked os, then let it settle for 24-48 hours before going to the shop for support.

Since the OP has stated that this problem was from Day 1, I doubt the current OS is the problem unless she installed the leak immediately after she got her phone (I doubt..)

My battery recently started draining as well and after having it checked out and getting two new batteries, ATT finally shipped me another. My battery was fine and would last, but after the last couple of weeks, it was no good. Get a new phone.
