i have had bb phones since 2007 and i love them regardless of the freezes and slowdown and other glitches i loved them i had a 9900 and i waited held out ignored other phones for my q10 .then my carrier digicel finally got it i went out an upgraded the same day ,the damn thin worked all of one day then would not log on to any mobile networks,if i wanted a phone just to make calls i would have bought a 60$ nokia .so i took it back to the carrier they tell me it has radio issues they give me the option of a replacement q10 of a s4 and i chose the s4 .so i am done the s4 works fine btw no issues

Unsure of why this needed a thread though, did you try troubleshooting the problem?

I've had the Q10 since Verizons launch and to be perfectly honest it a flawless device! You get tired of hearing people returning devices for user error in my opinion! Maybe it was a defective one or a bad sim card but the BlackBerry Q10 is a quality device!
