    i cant see my device in my blackberry link and i don't wanna use the factory reset.. what i do? anyone with the default software on start-up?

    Unplug pH from computer, uninstall Link, do not save user info. Reboot computer and reinstall Link.

    Make sure link has firewall permission. I use Norton and I have to manually give blackberry link trusted status in my firewall settings.

    Then restart PC.
