    I'm using q10 and I am unable to use BBM in my device, it says No blackberry data.

    Hi. Can you explain more? Are you still using BIS in your country? BB10 does not need BIS to work.

    BB10 OS does not need BIS. As long you have a data connection is sufficient just like an Android / Apple phone.
