I think you completely delete you account and again do the set up process,if the issue is not resolved you can check with the bb customer care

i personally had issues with gmail account,it asked many times for the password update,but now issue is resolved
While I do not have a solution, I can say that my Gmail setup is bad too, and I have to reenter the logon credentials regularly. Very annoying indeed.

I spent 2.5 hours tonight between Verizon Tier 1 and 2 support and then BlackBerry Tier 1 and 2 support. They said for basic emails like Gmail, Yahoo, etc. Do not use advanced setup. There response was that email connection most often disconnects when there is another change to your phone, i.e. drops from 4gLTE to 3G or WiFi disconnects. The guy Aaron at BlackBerry support said that it should fix itself within 2-3mins and you shouldn't have to re-enter your credentials. Sounds weird, but truth is the minute I walked out the door to walk my dog and my WiFi disconnected, so did my email accounts. This time I gave it a few minutes and they re-connected on their own.
