I picked up a Q10 a few days ago for a fantastic price and am anxious to get it updated to 10.3. I can't seem to find anything on whether I can update this somehow or not.
This is my first experience with Blackberry 10 in general. So far I'm really liking it.
Ask your carrier what there official OS is,and see if they know when its coming if not.
Or use sachesi

If you're just getting your Q10, just download an autoloader with the highest SR you can find (10.3.2.2204) and wipe the phone.

His this a difficult process?
Nope just plugging ur phone to computer assuming ur driver have been installed... double click the .exe file and wait 3 minutes that's it

Sounds easy enough...where do I find the autoloaders?
Does the phone need to be fully wiped first, or will it just load up on top of what's there now and carry forward my contacts, notes and other files?
I too need to do this on my newly acquired Q10. I unboxed it to find 10.2 and after doing some online reading, used Sachesi to update. Sachesi installed 10.3.1.1779. I fear I might have done something wrong? :confused:
