I had to restart my Q10 after installing a new version of Insta10 and now the HUB is literally jacked up!
Doesn't show contact names but only numbers (although they are in the contact list).
The messages are all over the place instead of chronological order.
And stuff like this.

I already restarted the phone again and nothing is different.

Any suggestion?

I would start by removing Inst10, then go in to Settings -- Accounts --- delete any remnants of Inst10 if present and rather than "restarting" phone try and "reboot" it...long press on power button for about 20 seconds until boot logo reappears.

If all is good and you still want Inst10, reinstall it and try Nemory"s Headless Stabilizer. It's also available in BBW and reportedly helps out with his apps. After the installs "reboot" the device again and confirm stability. Good Luck.
