How to update Sprint Q10 to the latest 10.3 version?

Hello, anyone knows how to update Sprint Q10 to 10.3 OS? I've checked posts on CB web and there are few posts with links to download, but im not really know how to do it properly. last time I've download new update my Q10 was rebooting constantly with no reason. and the other thing what about radio? (debrick? radio?)
If Blackberry really released official update to all 10 OS devices, why there is none on blackberry.com? why do I have to do tricks to update my phone? ridiculous. We shouldnt wait for carriers to push update Blackberry as a manufacturer should allow to update all BB10 devices trough BB Link automatically. Its a joke

Use sachesi. The easiest way. I did it on my Sprint Q10 and it works great.

Q10 on 10.3.1.1779

I also tried Sachesi and after trying several times I then used SIC (autoloader) and was successful the first time. I'm on OS 10.3.1.1151 until I have time to check out a newer version, which ever is best for my Q10.

is the quality of the radio determined by location? I'm in the new England area, not sure if there's a specific 10.3 I should use. I just want to avoid any text/email/calling issues.

I used Sachesi and a Blitz package and I'm currently on 10.3.1.2582 and have been good since doing it, still have all provisioning and prl functions.
