hi all, I have outlook set up to sync contacts. It works to sync them to my phone but if I add a contact in the address book then look at my contacts in outlook on a computer they don't show up. How do I add contacs to my phone and add them to outlook? I make sure to check the outlook box when adding contacts.

Oulook as in outlook.com or as in Oulook mail app for desktop?

There are many threads on how to move local contacts on phone into outlook.com and enable sync.
