I don't carry two phones, but my Pre 3 was decommissioned from daily driver to my desktop Skype phone and message alert, with my Classic as the new daily driver.

    Passport for work.

For the private stuff, mainly a Z10, sometimes a Lumia 925 (better camera and Here Maps, but horrible message handling - nothing compares to the hub, maybe Outlook on WP 10 will improve the situation) and last but not least a Jolla phone from time to time just for the fun of it (its android runtime is a lot better than that of BB10, but otherwise it's still lacking in many parts, but they are catching up quickly... we'll see). Also had a Nexus 4, but gave that to my daughter (it was her choice, the other ones didn't appeal to her)

I also use two phones: a Q10 as a work phone for one job, and an iPhone 5 for personal stuff and my other job.

One thing I've found interesting about this thread is the disproportionately high number of Q10 users among the people who have responded. I would speculate that many people who pick up a BB device as a second phone do so precisely because they are after something their other phone doesn't offer, in this case a physical keyboard, hence not so many going for the touchscreen BBs. It's certainly true in my case, but perhaps I'm just projecting!

My previous phone before I got the Q10 was the Galaxy S4. I have set the galaxy up to be my 'media' device, music, TV shows, downloads, etc. I just keep it on our entertainment center hooked up to everything just in case someone wants to play a youtube video / Pandora / Netflix. However, I see no need to carry both when I leave the house. The Q10 does exactly what I need. Inst10 and iHeart Radio replaced Instagram and Pandora for me, and they work great in a pinch.

I'm rockin the Passport since it came out last year. My Q10 is gathering dust since and is now my backup device. Passport does it all, no need for handling 2 devices and much better for my aging eagle eyes.

Switched jobs in the beginning of March and switched to BYOD thank god. Rolling my new replacement Q10. Tried the Passport, but it was a touch too wide for me to work with as I need to be able to one hand for calls or quick messages.

I actually use 3 phones. A Q10 as the daily driver (personal) due to its small size and form factor; a Z30 for when I am at home (personal) because of its screen size for web browsing; and a Nexus 5 to get the work emails, plus Skype and Viber (since I have to use a non-BB phone to get my work emails anyway, I also use it for Skype and Viber since they work better on the Nexus than my BlackBerrys).

Looking forward to the day I can use only one BlackBerry device for everything!
Try passport, bro. You can sum all three of those phone functions into one. Oh, and throw me the nexus 5 while you're at it. Good for games, that one, since BlackBerry would be exclusively for work.

I use both my Q10 and Lumia Icon equally. The Q10 excels at enterprise productivity. But admittedly I enjoy using my Lumia Icon more~ well... for entertainment as I'm invested in the Microsoft ecosystem.

My note 3 is collecting dust, as is my galaxy s4.

I absolutely love my Q10, which is my primary phone. And, I have an iPhone 5s as my secondary phone, which I use mainly for browsing the Web and for texting and calling close friends and family members. I use my Q10 for everything else. Literally.

I am using a Q10 as primary phone (work, emails, communicating) & a Lenovo P780 for entertainment for its great battery + big screen.
However, I am also looking to upgrade my Q10 so really appreciate if anyone could give me an advice a good combo to have? I am thinking of:
    - a PP and still keep the P780
    - still keep Q10 and get a Sony Z3
    Thanks everyone!
