    Dear everyone,

How long does it take to charge battery bundle? I'm using Q10 and official battery charger and feel it takes a long time to charge full battery, about more than half a day, sometimes one day,

I think life of battery will decrease as charging in a long time

    Someone at the same,

    Thanks,
    Don

I just got my bundle this morning. I plugged it in about two hours ago and the LED was flashing green. That would tell me it's over 75% charged. As of now it's still flashing.

While I'd prefer it charge faster, I've heard that slower charging actually prolongs the lifespan of the battery. Heat kills batteries so charging slower and cooler would make sense to give the battery a long life.

I'll come back and update when it's fully charged to let you know how long it takes.

    Hi Guys,

I let my Q10 5 hours on charge and the led had still been flashing orange.

So I unplugged it after a while and i have noticed nothing bad after a month of use.

    How is your setup?
    Wall charger > battery bundle > Q10

    OR

Wall charger > battery bundle AND Wall charger > Q10

    Dear FrankIAm,

Thanks for your answer, I just use official adapter of BB and charge bundle directly, I usually swap battery after finishing charging.

    Thanks

It was fully charged at noon so 3 hours to go from 75% to 100%. I know the final 5-10% go slower than the rest but 10-12 hours for a full charge seems like what we're looking at.

If that's the charge bundle I would think that's terrible. When I charge my phone normally it doesn't take no 10 hours about 3-4.The bundle a battery charing a baterry is dumb considering it gonna take way longer charing in series. When I get mine I'll just do a battery swap.

What I do is charge the battery in the bundle charger overnight while I'm charging my phone at the same time. The next day I use my phone until I leave work and then swap the battery. I'm usually at 50% or so when my work day is over so I'm never really seeing that full 10 hours charge time because the battery is charging from 50%. I agree that it's a long time to charge but I still think they chose to charge it slowly because slow charging lengthens the overall lifespan of the battery.

    Hi,
Does anyone of you ever plug the bundle into your device, so charge up some extra? Or just swap batteries?

Can anyone confirm what the output is on the charging bundle? Is it in the miliamp range or the a full amp (or higher) range? I'm a little torn between this and the Motorola p4000, the main differences are portability and the battery size for me.

C'mon, it should say somewhere on the device itself, if not the box...

i usually plug my phone in and put one of my spares in the charger. I don't know if it is the batteries themselves are dying or the bundle just isn't charging as fast as before. when an of my batteries is in the phone and the phone is plugged directly in to source (not using the bundle charging arm) the batteries seem to charge faster.

"the light turns green... then when I put it in my phone, it's at 85%." Had same experience. Plugged in USB and "topped off." Didn't know what else to do. Life of a battery is not an easy one for it or the user. Am glad I can replace at will. My Motorola 2G would given me about 2wks usage, but no internet use. Still have it but it is only for calling only.

Either natural reduction of battery life (if you used it over one year, it's typical) or calibration bug.

I guess it decrease in the battery life. It took over 12hrs for an empty battery to get the solid green light. It used to take maybe 3hrs. Guess I'll look at ebay and buy a few new batteries.
