Hi, how do you get a Q10 to lock the screen when doing a phone call?

    Thank you,

If I'm interpreting your question correctly:

You can place the phone app as an active frame during a call by swiping up.
Then hold down 'k' for a couple of seconds and your phone will be locked once you hang-up your call.

What I mean, is when you do a phone call the screen will turn off when you bring the phone to your ear so that you don't press any keys but in this case, the Q10 screen never turn's off so you can't do a proper phone call without accidently hitting keys or trying to avoid touching the screen.... I hope that clear's up what i meant.

    Thank you,

Have you tried pushing the button on top of the Q10? If I'm understanding you correctly, that should do it.

    OK. I think I now I understand.

Do you have a screen protector?

I actually had the same thing happen to me, and it was fixed when I removed the screen protector. I think the protector was affecting the sensors. Now am using a tempered glass screen protector and all is well.

    I hope this helps you.

Where did you get the tempered screen protector? I haven't been using a screen protector since using a Zagg for my 9650. I think that was the model number.

I got it over a year ago on Amazon. Has worked great. The brand is TechPro, so that's the only one I can recommend since it's the only one I've used lol.

I've been using a Zagg on my Q10 for almost two years without any issues of any type. That's the Brand that I used on my 9900, again without issue. I highly recommend Zagg.
