    I need to load new PRL for my carrier, but don't no how ...

    Q10 Verizon , clean ESN.
    My carrier - Intertelecom , Ukraine.

    Go to the setup, then self service. Touch the three dots and update PRL.

    its not verizon, its my local carrier, it could be load only through usb connection ( maybe some software need) , couldnt via OTA like verizon/

    there is no "self service" under Setup on my Q10. What am I missing?

    it must because verizon has "visual voice mail", but not self service. anyone?

    Try a search for setup form the home screen.

    PRL does not come up in a search, and the set up on the VZN Q10 does not have the "self service" option, as the above photos show
