Have to find a user, it is really important but only thing i have is the BB Pin.
Is it possible to find the user?

Have you tried adding him on BBM or a PIN to PIN message?

yes. the problem is i think the phone is broken or stolen.
Because - if somebody think he has blocked me nooo because i'm not deleted on BBM but my messages can not be send to hin.
there is only the grey square and not the green one. you understand? sorry for my english

I think I understand - the message is being cued, but not delivered (thus the green) - so either the phone is off or they are out of coverage

As for being able to find with just a pin....I'm not sure unless you're the account holder if you could do that without contacting the carrier

Unfortunately I don't think so, there's no universal Pin lookup as far as I know

Can you give me more details. You have the phone in your possesion? or Your trying to reach someone and all you have is the pin?
You might be able to locate the person via a few different methods.

Go to settings (gray gear), touch About. You will see your Device Name and model with other references. Touch category at the top of the page and when the menu appears, touch Hardware. The PIN number is there along with other information about the phone. Hope this is what you are looking for.
