    If you want to further filter e-mails and only see (Inbox / Outbox / Sent \ Junk \ Spam) or various other sections within the E-mail group. At the top of the hub there is a down arrow and this gives you all the various options. This will further filter the E-mail messages.

    If you trying to only show E-mails from a certain person. Click the magnifier glass at the bottom right hand side of the Hub and then type the E-mail address of the person you looking for.

    Most likely you don't have to purchase anything.

    Like it was mentioned before, what you are looking for is an option in the e-mail provider. If it offers a webmail version, use it to set up filters, and it will automatically move emails to certain folders according to the specified criteria. The messages received in the HUB will follow those rules.
