    hy friends me Majid From Pakistan.
    I am using blackberry q10 was working perfectly before I made latest update which is 10.3.3.3057
    now my device is not working properly while I use Android apps.
    plz guide me to downgrade my device in 10.3.3.2205.
    I can,t download Above mention autoloader due to (Not Found 404) Error.
    can I downgrade using blackberry link, if can then how?
    waiting for yours kind responce.

    No point in downgrading. The problem occurred during the update process itself and isn't intrinsic to the OS.

    Just load 10.3.3.3057 again.

    @conite bro Already using 10.3.3.3057 but performance issues and other issue is android apps are not working like previously.

    The two OSes are identical except for a few minor bug fixes. Android Runtime is identical.

    As I wrote, something happened during the update, so starting fresh with an autoloader should clear it up. Use 10.3.3.3057.

    Boss actually I installed Android runtime also & unable to delete it
    please gave me instruction to remove.
    hopefully, after that process my device will be A1 class

    You can't remove it. It's part of the OS.
