    How do i turn off 3g? Hspa+?
    I tried switching off data plans but i still have 3g / H+ next to my signal bar.
    I want to turn it off so i can save battery life, my battery life is bad im thinking its the 3g thats draining it.
    Is there a shortcut for this?

    Go to settings/networks/mobile network and there's a dropdown to change it.

    The dropdown only changes the network connection. It doesnt turn it off. When i change settings to 2G only the icon on top right next to signal changes from H+ to h+. Is there a way to turn it off?

    @ikiyen unless n until the 4 dots of BlackBerry doesn't appear side by h+, or 3g your, Internet isn't working, plus der's no way out to get single. 3g/h+ removed, it doesn't consumes much of your battery.
