Do you have an SD card installed? If so, just turn on 'USB Mass Storage Mode' under Storage -> USB settings, then once you connect the phone to your computer, the SD card should mount as removable storage, and you can drag and drop whatever files you like to it. Music player will then add the new files to your music library the first time you start it up.

This should be the case whether you have external SD card or not. In Windows Explorer (the file manager) you will see a new removable drive called "Flash". That would be your built-in 16GB storage. An additional removable drive called "SD" will be available if you have an external SD card installed. Then just transfer your music files like you would with a USB stick.

Thanks guy! The flash worked. I was transferring it wrong, I was puttin' it in SD.

Normally, if you have an SD drive, that should work. Is there a problem with your SD Card? I'd check in out...flash fills up quick on a Q10.
Just out of curiosity, what music player are you using?
