    Settings > Security > SIM Card

    If it's unlocked, then Network, Network Subset and Service Provider should all read Unlocked.

    Cool, the Q10 I won in the Keys to the City contest is unlocked then. I may give AT&T a try because I'm still stuck on EDGE on T-Mobile in my town.

    The difference between T-Mobile's SQN100-5 and AT&T's SQN100-1 is that the SQN100-5 has 1700MHz H+ band support.
