    Can I change the wallpaper between my work (Balance/BES) and personal? Or is that just a Z10 option? Or, worse, an unfounded rumor?

    Hmm, good question. Hopefully someone with a Q10 will be along shortly to confirm or deny this.

    Albeit, I don't see why not since one has control of the 'personal' side of things.

    The BES Admin can push a wallpaper on the Work Space by following the KB33092 article and naming the wallpaper appropriately and then following the BES Administration Guide on publishing wallpaper.
    If the admin is not pushing specific wallpaper, you can send yourself a picture to your work email account and then save it and set it as the wallpaper.

    It depends on your BES administrator. Ours doesn't allow custom wallpapers to distinguish between work and private desktop. I don't mind as I am mostly on my private screen while reading emails
