I think I know how it's supposed to be done but they are not saving for me. Open contact> edit> tap picture icon > choose pic from gallery> crop if wanted> tap done> tap save... Doesn't save. Am I missing anything? Didn't try it with stock OS, so I don't know if this is just a bug in 10.2.1.2101

I haven't done this in a long time, so I tried and didn't have any problem saving the pic to the contact. I'm on 10.2.1.2141 so that might be a bug in this older release. You may want to try and restart the phone and try again or upgrade via Sachesi.

Looks like my OS version is 2141 according to Link. My release is 2101. I was going to say, I just downloaded Sachesi and had it search the files last night, when I updated. Am I doing the steps correctly? I feel like I'm missing something, or skipping something.. Does the pic have to be cropped to a certain size?

I doubt it has anything to do with the OS. This is very strange indeed. I'm kind of drawing at straws here. Maybe there is a size limit of the picture you can upload? Maybe try a picture you take with your phone of anything and try and upload it - maybe you have already tried this?

I did it now with a Q10 and a picture taken with the phone (10.2.1.2141) and it is working.
Try the other way round: Picture app > Set As > Contact Picture > Select Contact (you have to crop the picture before).
