    I know that my q10 should have a charging light while plugged in but have yet to see a red green or yellow led for battery life, plugged in or not. I know my led works because I set all my colors for my apps and they all seem to work just fine. I would just like to know when my phone is fully charged without having to turn it on, would be nice to just have a green light pop up, I appreciate the help, thank you

    Hi, Q10 (and other BB10 devices) only show charging LED when turned off, unfortunately. There is no way I know of to show charging state on the LED when powered on.
