I downloaded groupon on my q10 this morning. it wasnt working so I deleted it. when I go back in amazon to redownload it, it only has the option of "open". is there a way I can find it on my phone to download it again since I cant thru amazon

That's where the apks go.

I think Amazon files the apk elsewhere.

Something like:
Device/misc/android/Android/data/com.amazon.venezia/files

Navigate there in File Manager and see if there's an item the right size. (Unfortunately Amazon Appstore scrambles the names of apk's for some annoying reason.)

Actually given what you said, the app hasn't been cleared yet from you deleting it.

You can try a device reset first. (NOT the same as a restart.)
Hold down both your Volume Up & Down keys for about 10-20 seconds. Keep pressing them, ignoring screenshot notification, BB splashscreen, black screen, red LED, and BB splashscreen again. I don't release the Volume keys until I see the blue startup icon.

After that reboot, try again in the Amazon Appstore.
Are you going through the My Apps section in Amazon Appstore menu under Cloud tab, or just looking up the app in the store?

On BlackBerry PlayBook device manager chrome plug in thing you can delete the file there c because sometimes apps don't delete properly

yea I cant find it anywhere. I looked it all those spots. did a reset and nothing. I cant even redownload it
