Please I need urgent help. I have BlackBerry Q10 MAJOR problems with contacts after OS .10.3 Upgrade. Many names and/or numbers have vanished.

This issue has been reported by many other users who made the update OTA.

If your contacts are synced from Cloud like gmail for example, check first on gmail contacts if the contacts are still there. And if yes, remove gmail and add it again and see if it helps

yea , just some people have numbers on SIM, like me . And they are gone too !?!?

Same issue here too its messed and contact filed are mixedup

I had a similar problem after updating, but I was able to fix it. Open contacts, pull down from top and select 'settings'. Scroll down to 'show account in contact list'. I had to turn on a 'bb link' account to fix my issues. Hopefully this helps some people.
